1. Are your products official?

Yes! We have official merch and fanmade merch, All the official merch are 100% originally from infold.

Shipping & delivery

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

For the official merch, infold usually takes 200 days to ship new released merch, so for the new released merch, we also need 200 days to ship. Once infold ships the new released merch, we will also process the orders and ship it ASAP.
But for the previous merch, it is ready stocks. We will mark it in the product introduction. And ready stocks will be processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
 
International Shipping: Usually 7–15 business days to most countries.
 
Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs inspections.

2. How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders to most countries, no minimum purchase required.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

4. How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return & refund policy?

We do not support 7-day no reason returns or exchanges.

It cannot be returned or refunded unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrives damaged.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with a valid reason.

Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our return approval and return address.

Send the item back with a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

3. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
 
The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and it may take your bank 7–10 business days to reflect the funds.

4. Who pays for the return shipping cost?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons (changed mind etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
