Like all sterling silver, slight tarnish may occur over time due to air and moisture.
We recommend keeping it dry and storing it in an airtight bag when not wearing.
We will also include a free polishing cloth with every order to help you maintain your jewelry.
Due to the handcrafted nature, each piece may have tiny unique details.
We take real photos to ensure what you see is what you get.
Shipping & delivery
Returns & Refunds
We do not support 7-day no reason returns or exchanges.
It cannot be returned or refunded unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrives damaged.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with a valid reason.
Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Send the item back with a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
